- Person with good knowledge of Slicing Web Layouts and incorporating changes

- Can create great working and fast loading XHTML / CSS pages with Transitional and Strict codes

- Knowledge of HTML 5 and CSS 3 will be an add on for sure

- Integration of design to Wordpress and Joomla skinning will be an add on

- Fast development and turnaround time.

- Perfection and detailing to work is a must.
