Requirements:


Should have 1 Years in Software / IT Industries


Excellent in communication verbal and written


Experience as Business Development Executives


6 month minimum Experience to market and sales across US, UK for Offshore software services business.


Online bidding skills on Guru/Elance/oDesk will help


Understanding of technology and vertical platforms in order to strategize & craft solutions


Able to prepare requirement document and able to estimate projects


Key role and responsibilities:


You will be selling IT services to customers; you will cultivate, generate & grow large scale relationships for new accounts. Identifying prospective clients & creating a market plan for the identified territory & industry vertical.


Generating business from new accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into long engagements.


Enhancing business from existing accounts, achieving consistent contribution and collection norms.


Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieving committed service quality norms.
