The individual is responsible for optimizing buying keywords on the top Internet search websites, maintaining and expanding the list to include related keywords, and deciding dynamically how to maximize volume and minimize price.? This manager will also help the Director of Marketing build the other components of the Internet Marketing program including optimizing the lead funnel.? This individual should be looking to join a startup environment, can handle a high growth venture, and has strong analytical skills.?Responsibilities:- Research and trend analysis to keep client on top of all SEM issues and tactics- Research and analyze SEM keywords and phrases- Set the overall direction and strategy for SEM- Continuously measure and monitor SEM program through first class reportingRequirements:- Relevant search experience of 3-5 years- BA/?BS from a leading undergraduate institution and a top academic performer- Experience with Overture & AdSense- Dot.?com attitude with brick and mortar discipline- Data driven with extensive experience in analysis and Excel modeling.?- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.?- Creative and innovative thinker.?- Team player with a positive attitude.?Proficiency:- Google and Yahoo! bid management tools- Macromedia Dreamweaver and/?or Microsoft Visual Interdev- WebCEO, Web Position Gold/?Wordtracker or similar keyword analysis software- Keyword density tools- Link Building tools- Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)- Experience with PPC big management software a plus- Local candidates preferred.
