It is an exciting time at Mediative Performance!  To support our ongoing growth, we are looking for experienced Performance Media Strategist to join our talented, self-motivated and dynamic Service Delivery team!  We are accepting candidates in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver.  

The Performance Media Strategist (PPC) is responsible for the development and execution of paid media campaigns across paid search and display advertising.  In collaboration with their project team, they are responsible for the overall execution of client projects and deliverables and for ensuring that all accounts in their portfolio are managed and optimized proactively. 

The responsibilities of the Performance Media Strategist (PPC) include:  

• Responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of results against stated objectives for a portfolio of accounts


• Ensuring campaigns are optimized and delivering best results for clients.


• Developing media plans for clients inclusive of paid search and targeted display


• Reviewing account performance to ensure successful delivery of client objectives


• Proactive communication with clients to optimize and enhance campaigns


• Plans, delivers and reports on campaigns using the Mediative Methodology

    Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field


• 2 - 3 yrs online marketing experience


• Experience managing performance media campaigns in a service delivery capacity


• Client-facing agency experience in a search marketing practice


• Experience managing and executing search marketing programs


• Superb client service skills with an ability to understand client objectives


• Creative, innovative thinker


• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to analyze results to determine key findings


• Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong coaching and mentoring skills


• Strong project management and time management skills


• Proficient in English and French both written and spoken required.
