• An excellent understanding of the search landscape, including: Link building; on-site optimisations; PPC; social media; analytics; keyword research; content creation; report creation; identifying link targets; researching ideas for link baiting and white hat techniques.


• The ability to mentor, lead and train an SEO team.


• A hard-working and passionate approach, in order to provide the best service for clients.


• A background of developing SEO plans, strategies and ideas.


• The ability to develop the wider SEO service, with the latest techniques and brand ideas.


• Excellent attention to detail, with a creative, proactive and analytical approach.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Confident when dealing/ meeting with clients.
