Required - SEO Manager in Gurgaon with 5 to 8 years experience
Job Description 1) Utilize our existing SEO techniques and implement new ones, employing basic and advanced SEO strategies, like, Meta Tags, directory submission, link development, URL and page content optimization and other ‘white hat’ methods. 2) Manage and improve current & new organic search results for our ever expanding portfolio of keywords. 3) Manage and improve multiple first and second-tier search engines to dive traffic and sales. 4) Improve organic performance through expanded keyword inventory, multivariate keyword and landing page performance, improve visitor segmentation and custom landing pages. 5) Co-develop link strategies to expand our portfolio of incoming links. Provide ongoing reports to VP SEO related to performance, ROI, website traffic levels and customer acquisition. 6) Document SEO guidelines and provide internal training to organizations to keep the latest SEO techniques in practice.
Desired Candidate Profile 1) Minimum 4 years of SEO related work experience. Firm knowledge of current trends and techniques. 2) Demonstrated results increasing site rankings and search traffic. 3) Extensive experience with SEO analysis and keyword management. 4) Firm understanding of interactive SEO marketing models and online media in general. 5) Demonstrated success with increasing organic referral growth. 6) Strong knowledge in Internet and web development technologies: HTML, XHTML, Java, CSS, Flash, ASP, PHP, etc. 7) Self-motivated individual who is driven towards continual improvement of projects. Team oriented. 9) Must possess good communication skills. 10) Must demonstrate strong management and motivational skills. 11) Must be detail orientated with ability to multi-task and work quickly in a rapidly growing environment. 12) Analytically focused with the ability to recommend and implement optimization from review of performance data.
