We are currently looking for an energetic and talented individual to serve as our Assistant Manager of Online Marketing to drive and acquire consumers. The ideal candidate has a desire to work in a fast paced start-up environment and has experience at a successful consumer Internet company.
Key Responsibilities:
· Online Marketing: Implement on-line marketing programs including but not limited to paid search, unpaid search, keyword development, social networks, affiliate marketing, site development.
· SEO: Work to accelerate natural search rankings and increase organic traffic. Take an active role with on-site enhancements and off-site link building initiatives.
· Social Media: Develop and integrate Social Media strategies into campaigns and leverage the viral nature of social media
· Creative: Assist with development of ad campaigns and copy.
· Reporting & Analytics: Launch, monitor and track performance of campaigns.
· Team Player: Work cross functionally with Content, Marketing, and Product Development and Technology.
Requirements:
Must have prior search engine marketing and social media experience with a strong track record, excellent analytic capabilities, and sound business judgment.
* Savvy online marketer with 4+ years overall online marketing experience, with at least 2 years in SEO & SEM. Deep knowledge and interest in SEO, SEM and online media, including a curiosity about latest industry trends, technology and changes. * BA / BS degree in marketing or related field required * Superb written and oral communication skills.
