Opening for Vice President Sales – Social Media Marketing & SEO in Ahmedabad with experience of 10 to 15 years.

Job Description
We are champions at offering performance based Social Media Marketing solutions and SEO solutions to our customers globally. With extensive record of accomplishment on SEO, we intend to grow this division as a separate Strategic Business Unit.

In you, we are looking for a proven record of accomplishment of understanding social influencers, social media platforms, online communities for marketing, content writing, publication relations and customer service. You should have extensive understanding of common social media marketing tools like Twitter, blogs, LinkedIn, Face book, my space, ecademy, YouTube etc. You should be well versed with Web 2.0, analytical skills and should be able to device strategies to increase traffic and deliver results. Our teams possess requisite SEO skills; however devising right strategies for implementation of these skills will be your responsibility. You will be expected to grow this business division to a commendable size over next few months.

You will be responsible for formulation of sales / business strategies along with other senior team members at GTL.

Desired Profile

1. The ideal candidate will be some one who has worked exceptionally well with the customers providing IT services/Products through Social Media Marketing using global delivery model (GDM) in onsite/offshore mode & now looking to attain the pride of ownership even while working with us.

2. You should have the ability to get access & influence the key decision makers & should have demonstrated ability for new business identification, qualification and capture.

3. Provide leadership and mentoring to Business Development team, project management staff, manage team dynamics, risk mitigation and provide industry best practices.

4. You will be expected to Plan and execute Sales campaigns for this verticals independently in any of the geographies like Netherlands/ US region/ Middle East/ Germany/ Finland & willing to travel extensively.
