Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and implement strategy to improve ranking, traffic and conversion rate of our clients - Identify and analyse key metrics and assess the performance of campaigns, providing clients with written monthly reports - Day to day client liaison via phone / email / face to face - Actively research, devise and develop new initiatives to improve search engine rankings - Keep up with industry news and developments - Represent the company at industry events / conferences - Create new business pitch documentation and attend pitches
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm.
Salary:
£35k – £45k per annum depending on experience

- A minimum of three years hands on SEO experience gained either client or agency-side to include: - Technical SEO - Copywriting - Link Building - Proven track record of delivering SEO results in competitive sectors such as insurance, holidays, financial services etc - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical skills - Be active within the online SEO community - A genuine passion for the web and social media
Desirable:
- University graduate - Previous experience in managing paid search campaigns, creating link bait, social media, online reputation management
