Job Summary:
- The role will involve planning and account managing multiple high profile search accounts. You will be expected to translate client briefs into cohesive and innovative approaches for each of your clients and following through to ensure that this is delivered via our production centre. You will also be expected to report back both internally and externally on progress as well as highlighting new opportunities for clients across all areas of search.
- PHD are constantly seeking out new business and therefore the role will also involve supporting new business pitches when required. Working alongside planners and buyers in all media will allow the successful candidate to learn how search marketing fits into the bigger picture of media and you will have the opportunity to work alongside all forms of media buying.
Areas of Responsibility:
• Manage flow of communications to and from clients, including meetings, presentations and reports
• Manage flow of communications to and from Managing Partner and Account Team
• Development of all aspects of search account opportunities, strategy (supported by Head of Search), tactics, planning and structure
• Direction and project management of account workflow via our search production centre
• Provide support on new business pitches
Likely Candidate:
- Our Search Planner candidate is likely to have 1+ years experience working in search marketing.
- Great client experience is essential together with excellent PPC skills and a general love of the internet and search in particular.
- Experience of SEO, Display & Affiliates is an advantage along with knowledge of tracking systems.
- The applicant should excel at using PowerPoint & Excel.
- Overall employees at PHD should be passionate and enthusiastic about what they do and not afraid to challenge concepts in order to achieve excellence
