Digital Marketing Organization in NYC is currently seeking an SEO Director to oversee all SEO related programs, strategies and initiatives both in-house and for clientele.


:: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES ::

:: Lead and manage SEO department to ensure optimal operation on a daily basis

:: Develop, implement and manage all SEO campaigns, strategies and initiatives

:: Provide strategic and tactical support to team members, developing and implementing best practices and department policies & procedures


:: Assist clients in building and understanding business goals in relation to SEO strategies and programs

:: Develop, manage and provide SEO related reporting for clients and in-house management teams

:: Build and maintain project management processes, ensuring streamlined processes over all SEO engagements

:: Build and maintain strong communication portals cross departmentally to ensure optimum quality and time effectiveness for all internal and client facing deliverables

:: Work with cross functional departments to develop and track all details of SEO initiatives




:: QUALIFICATIONS ::

:: 5-7 years of tactical and strategic experience in SEO (search engine optimization) in both in-house and agency environments

:: Strong leadership and problem resolution skills

:: Excellent written/verbal communication skills

:: Strong project management skills; experience managing multiple projects across departments

:: Strong account management skills; experience managing multiple client engagements at a given time
