 Position Summary:

The Manager, Partnerships and Affiliates is responsible for prospecting potential new partnerships, engaging and negotiating distribution deals, and ongoing management of key partnerships. The Marketing Manager, Partnerships and Affiliates is also a key liaison to the product teams, collaborating on the marketing of their products and other direct marketing channels.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·         Manage partnership and affiliate programs to establish new partnerships or recruit new affiliates and increase performance from existing partnerships and affiliates.

·         Implement strategies to grow revenue from existing affiliate base.

·         Manage partner feeds and feed optimization.

·         Provide outstanding customer service support to existing partners and affiliates.

·         Monitor partnership/affiliate activity and potential policy/program violations.

·         Drive business recommendations based on tracking and analysis of customer behavior.

·         Work closely with internal departments to implement programs.

·         Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of various marketing programs.

·         Research the latest industry trends and best practices.
