SEO/SEM, E-Commerce, Usability Specialist


Must have proven experience with heads-down SEO/SEM management, and search term analysis/tools, web analytics and sales conversion strategies.


                FULL TIME POSITION


1.   Minimum of 3+ years experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) in an eCommerce/product sales environment


2.   HTML formatting and CSS a must


3.   Drive Product sales (and non product revenue) in an eCommerce environment


WEBSITE REVENUE FORECASTING:


This is a data driven position so a very strong writing, structure, analytical and statistical background is a plus, but a love for numbers is a must! 


Core Responsibilities


1.  Maintain sales growth rate and healthy sales conversion ratios due to your expertise in SEO, SEM, and usability.


2.  Maintain analytics and reporting and conduct competitive search marketing analysis


3.  Manage and drive email campaigns directly with graphic designers


4.  Manage, coordinate and communicate social media, content development and press activities


5.  Work with large keyword datasets and use analytics to expand and grow both   natural/organic keyword sets, as well as using paid advertising to drive online sales


6.  Create and maintain an effective linking strategy, for internal hierarchy and link building


7.  Ability to use A/B or MVT testing to optimize advertising, campaigns, and leads


8. Always use best practices and key metrics for determinations

Compensation DOE and level of interest in performance based compensation: $30K-60K base salary plus performance based cash bonuses  and  Aetna H.S.A. or PPO health benefits, paid vacation days & ability to earn Equity Ownership and Profit Sharing Cash Bonuses.
