Job Description:

Your role will involve working for us in house and build a team of people in house to manage all our web requirements from link builders, content writers and PHP programmers to continue and develop our already highly successful websites Your Profile

As or Web Master you must be well experienced in all areas of SEO from content writing, meta tagging, using word press and CMS, Link building, site structures, PHP and programming skills. You will need to be hands on and able to do all of these tasks but also proven experience managing a team as our Web master you will be responsible for our team of link builders and content writers. You MUST have previous experience managing a team.

The Role

As our Web Master you must have experience in building a web team and managing people. The role means you will be working on our websites world wide. You and your team will be responsible for sourcing highly relevant, high traffic links. These could be across directories, partner sites, social networking, link baiting and other strategies, Then, you and your team will need to negotiate link partnerships that will benefit our natural search engine ranking, while driving your relationship with link partners forwards until our links are live and beyond. All of your work and that of your team needs to be fully accountable and you’ll be expected to manage your team and linking partners and the status of our link campaign.

Content writing, PHP site development, Keyword analysis, Web Master tools, Competitor back link analysis, social media sites and all areas of SEO and SEM must be understood with excellent previous experience at a senior level. Salary: £35,000 approx – If you have senior SEO/Webmaster experience this salary is negotiable subject to your proven skills and experience.
