Job Description
PLEASE NO REMOTE/OFFSITE APPLICANTS. All qualified applicants will be interviewed and new hire will work at our studio in South Miami, Florida.
• Manage multiple online campaigns
• Analyze data and provide recommendations on course of action
• Manage, Compile and analyze data from various sources (google analytics, adwords, facebook etc).
• Provide analysis that improves the effectiveness of the planning, execution and optimization of our
clients\' marketing strategies.
• Combine optimization metrics to the strategic intent of campaigns and the underlying business
objectives.
• Perform in-depth analysis (ie SWOT) on concepts/industries for business opportunities
• Provide in-depth contribution report on paid media, email, search engine, and affiliate marketing
campaign performance
• Perform search engine optimization (SEO) on clients\' sites
• Plan and place online advertising campaigns
• Manage social marketing campaigns
• Develop innovative social media and online marketing campaigns for a diverse client base
• Copy writing for various marketing campaigns (including, but not limited to, online advertising
campaigns, social media campaigns, blog/first person)
• Assist in the writing of proposals and marketing plans
• Create and bring new online marketing ideas to the Marketing Director and be responsible for execution
• Participate in new business development opportunities

Desired Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 2-3 years of marketing experience with a proven track record in a fast-paced
environment a plus
• Must be a great problem solver. The type of person that loves challenges and has an extraordinary
ability to figure things out
• Strategic and creative thinker who excels at coming up with original ideas and is able to independently execute on ideas
• Highly organized and efficient
• Previous account management experience
• Well spoken with a high level of interpersonal skills
• Ability to proactively identify marketing opportunities and develop supporting programs
• Able to excel in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and able to take a positive team
approach
• High degree of writing skills for blog writing as well as marketing plans
• Not required to be a web developer/css/ flash programmer; but must embrace technology and have a
strong desire to learn about all the latest ways to leverage technology in advertising communications.
• MS Office suite with strong Excel skills. Knowledge of Keynote, Visio and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite. Emphasis on Dreamweaver
• Experience with the Mac OS X Platform
• Knowledge of Google Adwords, Analytics, Google Places, Business Center & Webmaster tools a plus. • • Bing/Microsoft Ad Center knowledge
• Proven experience and affinity with online media developments including social media
• Strong knowledge of managing Facebook, Flickr, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn and social media
dashboards such as HootSuite
• Strong knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) with emphasis on Wordpress
