Award winning digital marketing agency is looking for a digital Search Marketing Executive with hands on commercial experience to join an expanding development studio in easy access from London, based in Sevenoaks, Kent.?

This fast-paced digital agency works across a variety of sectors, with blue chip clients like All Saints Fashion, Teachers Whisky, Jamie Oliver, Mitre Sports, Bedales and many others.

Your Responsibilities Include:

·         Organic optimisation of websites according to agency strategy including competitor and keyword.?  

·         Daily management of client accounts and working on both Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Analytics.

·         Research, link development, sitemap creation, Meta tag creation and reporting of these results.

·         Setting up of Analytics accounts and set KPI’s (Google Analytics normally), the setup of benchmarking, goal tracking, measuring the ROI and reporting this to the client.

Required Skills:

·          At least 1 year’s online/?search marketing experience; preferably within an agency environment or a degree with a placement year.

·         Proven clear understanding of how to achieve high ‘organic’ search engine rankings.?  

·         Proven experience of analytics account and data management; Google analytics preferably.?  

·         The ability to recognise structural barriers of a website to limiting successful SEO and advise /? action accordingly how to remedy these issues.?  

·         A basic understanding of HTML and the ability to made on-page amends is preferable.?  

·         The ability to work to tight deadlines.

Ideally you would have Web based design or development background and would like to now move into a more Marketing focused position.? It would be highly desirable if you have Pay Per Click experience in addition to the above.

Attention to detail is also a must along with excellent organisational skills.
