Job Description

The incumbent would be required to study new market niches and note down minute details about that particular market and it’s target audience. You will be working directly with out Copy and promotion teams to create custom, high-impact marketing messages based on your research. You’ll need to create various visitor profiles and then help create custom marketing messages for each profile. Detailed documentation will be required.

Desired Profile

We are looking for someone with a hugely inquisitive mind and a thirst to unearth and delve deeper into new markets. The perfect candidate will ideally be a persona of an undercover detective, always seeking the minutest detail.    * You need to be comfortable with creating a “visitor profile” (or avatars or personas).

    * Ability to identify the Demographics (statistical data related to this group of people – such as race, age, gender, income, mobility) and Psychographics (the study and classification of people according to their attributes, aspirations, and other psychological criteria – such as personality, values, attitudes, interests, lifestyles, social class, behavior, needs, wants, desires) of your audience.

    * To do that you need to find the places where they “hang out” (forums, groups, clubs and other social communities). You need to visit and read the websites and blogs where they go to seek the SOLUTION to their PROBLEM… or to SATISFY their WANTS, needs and desires.
