We are looking for Account Managers who are passionate about Search Marketing and Performance media and are committed to building great campaigns and driving results for our clients. The ideal candidate will interact with our clients on a daily basis and be responsible for the delivery of top quality materials on time and on budget. The successful candidate is the internal advocate for the client and collaborates with the Account Executive and Service Delivery Team on all tactical and strategic aspects of managing the client.

The responsibilities of the Account Managers include:

Understands the Client’s business and industry/marketplace in order to anticipate the search and media needs to help grow the Client/Agency business;

Collaborates with the Account Executive to lead in strategy and program development for the client;

Responsible for managing the client relationship including communication, expectation management and developing a working partnership

Acts as an advisor to the client to help them develop their plans and objectives for campaigns

Initiates and leads product group status meetings;

Manages and leads all client communications including meetings and written communication and is the client’s main, single point of contact

Is responsible for ensuring effective communication between the client and team and for tracking client communication and deliverables over time.

Reviews all deliverables going to clients

Responsible for ensuring all activities are executed according to client needs

Briefs the Service Delivery team on client projects·

Acts as Client’s internal representative and advocate;

Assists in delegating the daily workload to SDT

Develops and maintains positive working relationship with Client and Agency staff

Desired Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 – 5 years experience managing accounts in an agency environment

Digital and search marketing experience essential

Post secondary education in Marketing preferred

Must have ability to understand client objectives to interpret and communicate them to the Service Delivery Team.

Exceptional organizational skills

Ability to multi task in a high-paced environment

Proficient in English and French both written and spoken required for Montreal candidates and is not necessary but a definite asset for Toronto candidates

Primary duties & responsibilities

Process Modelling
- Elicit process requirements using interviews, document analysis, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze information needs and process requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: business process workflows use cases, required actions action, meeting minutes, etc.
- Write process steps & workflow according to standards, using natural language simply, clearly, unambiguously, and concisely
- Represent process & work flow using alternative views, such as analysis models (diagrams), prototypes, or scenarios, where appropriate

Process Improvement
- Lead process analysis ensuring that statements are reflecting reality, complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, unambiguous, verifiable and that they conform to standards
- Manage changes to baseline process through effective application of change control processes (owner involvement + Risk committee) and tools
- Establish on-going communication to share with process owners and senior management issues & improvement recommendations throughout the life of the project
- Work with process owners to define risk mitigation action plans to resolve process gaps
- Serve as a catalyst for positive change
- Gain acceptance of process efficiencies and obtain senior management buy-in to the value of a stronger control system in achievement of business objectives
- Provide solutions and prepare formal reports for your manager proving with measurable facts and expressing an opinion on the quality of control systems and incorporating agreed solutions to process gaps
