An opportunity has arisen for a Webmaster / Online Marketing Executive to join our client, a successful jewellery retailer operating across retail stores and online.

For this position our client is looking to recruit someone with experience of managing websites and good digital marketing skills. It’s a really varied role that would suit someone who lives, eats and breathes the web and is up to date with contemporary best practice.

Working as part of a small enthusiastic team, as the Webmaster / Online Marketing Executive you will act as the manager and editor of the company’s three websites, including content management and continual improvement.

This role requires someone who is not afraid to speak up and contribute their own ideas. Ensuring the websites are seen is a key part of the role (SEO activities) as is creating and updating online content and newsletters. Technical skills are not required as the office has a web designer.

Your duties will include:

developing, managing and implementing all web and online activity
carrying out all online marketing activities, including newsletters to the client base
maintaining websites, implementing new ideas and ensuring consistent messaging
producing regular reports to summarise website activity

maximising online affiliate opportunities and revenue generation for the brand

To be considered for this position, you must have:

experience of managing websites
online marketing experience, including SEO, PPC, web analytics and social media

a good grasp of IT technologies, such as HTML

As the Webmaster / Online Marketing Executive, you will also need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a creative approach. Excellent team work abilities and a self motivated approach are also essential. Any photography skills would be beneficial to your application.

This position involves working from the office for 4 days a week and 1, working from home. The office is closed on Thursdays but opens on Saturdays, which means you can work this day either on a Thursday or Saturday.
